Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RenewRoster (the "Service"), operated by A2 Ventures, a sole proprietorship owned by Raghu Chinnannan, based in Sankari, Salem District, Tamil Nadu, India ("A2 Ventures", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

RenewRoster tracks expiry dates for domain names and TLS/SSL certificates using public data sources (RDAP, WHOIS, Certificate Transparency logs) and direct TLS connections, and sends reminders and reports. It does not renew domains or certificates for you and is not uptime monitoring.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Registry, WHOIS and certificate data can be missing, delayed or wrong, and checks or emails can fail. You remain responsible for renewing your and your clients' domains and certificates. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure and be responsible for activity under your account and your team members. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.

4. Acceptable use

You may only add domains and hosts you own, manage, or are authorised to monitor. You must not use the Service or its free tools to scan networks, probe systems you're not authorised to test, send spam, or overload the Service. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Client reminders

If you enable reminders to your clients, you confirm that you have a relationship with those clients and their permission to email them, and you are responsible for the content you configure (branding, reply-to address).

6. Plans, billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars (or Indian rupees for customers in India) through our payment processor Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails we may keep your plan active for a grace period of [7] days, after which your account moves to the Free plan. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Taxes may be added where applicable. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, A2 Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost domains, lost revenue or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. [REVIEW: Indian Contract Act / Consumer Protection Act 2019 applicability.]

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end the Service for breach of these terms, or discontinue it with reasonable notice.

10. Governing law
